Find Out if You Qualify For AFL
Call our professional team to determine if you are eligible for the program. You need to be at least 18 years old to be a caregiver. You must be residing in the same home and have your beloved family member be a recipient of one of the Connecticut Homecare Program Waivers.
We Help you Apply for Homecare Services
You choose your caregiver: your daughter, son, relative, or friend. We give them hands-on training and help them with all paperwork and procedures. You both also get ongoing support and help is available 24/7.
